Welcome to Cosurf ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Chrome extension and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Cosurf provides a Chrome browser extension that enables AI-powered chat functionality based on the content of your open browser tabs. The Service allows users to reference and query content from their active tabs through our AI-powered interface.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. One account per user; account sharing is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for any Terms violation, including but not limited to account sharing, transmission of illegal content, attempts to access adult content, or any other violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting [email protected]. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription

Cosurf is a paid service. Pricing details are provided at the time of subscription. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.

3.2 Refunds

Refunds are not provided except under exceptional circumstances. Any refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Cosurf.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to process or analyze:

Content from illegal websites
Adult content
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

4.2 Technical Limitations

The Service is only compatible with Google Chrome browser. Future browser compatibility may be added at our discretion.

5. Data Processing and Privacy

5.1 Data Collection

We collect and process:

Basic account information (name, email, password)
URLs of accessed tabs
Chat messages and queries
Tab content temporarily for AI processing only

5.2 Data Retention

Tab content is not stored after AI processing. Chat history is retained but cannot be exported by users. Chat history may be provided upon specific request.

6. AI Service Disclaimer

6.1 Accuracy

The AI-powered features of the Service may not be entirely accurate. Responses generated by the AI should not be relied upon as factual without verification. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6.2 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. No warranty is provided regarding service availability or uptime.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email notification, Service announcement, or other reasonable means.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosurf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
